System resets are history

Published: 2 January 2012 - Joe Bush

Recently launched by Wieland Electric, the new Monoflop prevents the full fault tripping of safety relays, which negates the need for full system resets.

If restart cannot be achieved via the normal reset button, the Monoflop will ensure that the fault is triggered as a machine shutdown and the machine will then start with a simple reset rather than going into a fault position. This ensures that costly down-time is avoided.

The Monoflop is the latest in the range of safety devices from Wieland that also includes the 4000 Series of Universal Safety Relays, samos PRO, SMA sensors and the SNH Series Emergency Stop Pushbuttons.
