WWEM 2012 event to feature 'enormous variety' of companies

Published: 1 October 2012 - Rachael Morling

According to the organisers of WWEM 2012 – the Water Wastewater and Environmental Monitoring event – there are an enormous variety of companies signed up for the exhibition, which takes place in Telford on 7th and 8th November.

Andy Curtis from the Water Monitoring Association is: “Delighted to see so many WMA members participating, many of whom will be launching new products for monitoring water quality and flow.'

He added: 'It is also very pleasing to note the number of other technologies that will be on show, covering just about everything that an instrumentation engineer would need.'

Exhibitors this year will show the latest technologies in datalogging, wireless communications, process automation sensors, rugged PCs, pump controllers, dosing pumps, IP cameras, etc. In addition, the latest water management software will be demonstrated and visitors will be shown the latest advances in process optimisation.

There will be a number of live demonstrations of new monitoring equipment, especially for water flow and quality; and the gas monitoring zone will be larger than before.

For visitors that pre-register at www.wwem.uk.com, entry to the Exhibition and Workshops is free of charge, and also includes complementary parking, food and refreshments. Entrance to the WWEM 2012 (CPD) conferences will cost £55 per day or £100 for both days.
