Dustcontrol is helping to provide a cleaner and more efficient production environment as well as energy savings. Research and development into new and existing products is a high priority. The DC Green System is a concept for the control of vacuum producers and radial blowers that helps to save energy. The system used with vacuum turbo-pumps, can offer energy saving with existing or new Dustcontrol machines of 40-90%. The RPM is frequency controlled to minimise power usage.
The vacuum producer automatically switches to a saving mode when not in use. This smart system reduces energy consumption and therefore contributes to financial savings.
Payback time for the purchase of the DC Green System is generally between 1-5 years. It gives a more constant airflow at outlets than in former solutions.
