An expert industry management consultancy is asking UK businesses to share their organisational skills requirements and challenges.
According to the 22nd Annual Global CEO Survey by PWC, 79 per cent of UK business leaders cite availability of key skills as the top threat to their organisation’s growth prospects in 2019.
the iNNiTi effect is passionate about working with local industry to redress the balance. Director Alexandra Poole said: “There’s a recurring theme in my discussions with businesses from across the UK; attracting and retaining the right talent remains a key challenge and one of the biggest hurdles to increasing productivity and sustainable growth.
"It's also been identified that coaching and training is required, as businesses may not necessarily have the internal resources and know-how to implement sustainable change and increase productivity.
With this in mind, I would encourage UK-based businesses to take part in the iNNiTi effect's survey, so that we can understand the key organisational skills issues they face. The survey only takes two minutes to complete, and you could win a free one-hour coaching session to discuss your own challenges in increasing productivity.”
