PCIM Europe 2012 takes place on the 8th-10th May at Nuremberg Messe in Germany.
The show is an international conference and exhibition for Power Electronics, Intelligent Motion, Renewable Energy and Energy Management applications.
A conference running alongside the exhibition focuses on new technologies and materials and their end use. The discussions offer a comprehensive insight into the current affairs and the future of such technologies along with topical focuses.
The forum is an ideal opportunity to receive information on newest trends and developments with several vendor presentations and panel discussions.
The program features renowned experts presenting their knowledge and know-how on topics such as Batteries, Wireless Power Technologies and Reliability of IGBT Power Modules.
Along with this, Power Electronics in Renewable Energy is as a major highlight of the event.
Presentations will focus on the increasing relevance of renewable energy and the resulting demands on power electronics.
For instance Converters for Wind/Hydraulic Energies, New Photovoltaic Energy Systems or E-Mobility and Battery Chargers are just some of the examples being covered across the presentations.
Over 310 exhibitors covering an exhibition space of 14,500 square meters will fill the show halls, whilst over 7,000 pre-registered visitors are expected to attend.
