The Pinnacle of web design - Pinnacle Freight launches new website

UK-based international freight forwarder Pinnacle are pleased to announce the launch of their new site, at: The new site consolidates the old UK and US domains into one site offering UK and US options, plus a full Wordpress redesign and new features.

With almost 50 years of experience, knowledge, and success in global logistics, Pinnacle are a reliable and trustworthy brand with a no-nonsense expert approach to freight, and they needed a site that communicated this to their potential customers. The new site does away with the antiquated look and structure of the old site, allowing Pinnacle to take freight to new heights with a site that puts user experience and a great looking interface first.

Pinnacle’s goal during the redesign process was to create a more valuable, user-centric and responsive resource across all platforms and devices. Specifically, they wanted to focus on making it easier for their users to learn and to locate valuable information about technical solutions for their particular application or industry - not only from their desktop but from their mobile too.

The new site means customers can access Pinnacle’s full portfolio of services in an easy-to-digest format, with new website features like video. Solving customer pain points and giving customers a clear journey through which to take action was vital in the redesign, as well as simplifying and streamlining the site so as not to dilute the brand’s core message. The new site will also offer more visible customer testimonials so that prospective customers know that they can put their faith in Pinnacle.
